I’m not quite sure how this has happened, but the aloe vera gel has run out. And I will still need about twelve ounces for the next two days.

The Diary of a Lagos Mum 
So I started my C9 Cleanse today.. I must say the taste of Aloevera gel is eewish.. I don’t know how I will do this for the next couple of days. God Help me.. I am so glad for the Free Foods.. Its such a Life Saver. Day 1 generally went well for me. I hope tomorrow goes well (and I get busy) cos boredom can cause one to eat.
You do get used to the gel after a couple of days – I don’t mind it so much any more. And yes – you need to keep busy. I started on a Saturday. And Sunday was very hard as LagosDad wasn’t here and Vins was busy with my in laws. Keep going! You can do it! The days go by very fast!
